What that means is that the keyword that you use on Instagram, on your Instagram posts are now going to show up. When someone typed in a keyword or a search on Google, the way I saw that I looked up idea, pin metrics. And the very first account that popped up is Instagram, which with all of its followers, all of those things, it's definitely going to beat out a lot of other people when it comes to traffic.
So that's what I'm seeing. And then I also went in and I think I put in for this one. I can't remember what I put in. Let me see. I put in nutrition for moms, just checking something out. And if we scroll down just a little bit, Instagram pops up busy mom nutrition.
So just want to tell you ladies that, and also the importance of where you are putting your keywords. So for example, this went to her Instagram profile, which means she put the correct keywords inside of her profile. So obviously if we put in nutrition for moms, what Sarah has in here is nutritionist, mom, nutrition. She has it all in dietician for moms. So she has the word, mom, moms here, nutrition, nest, nutrition. And then I think that's it in a way you can figure out how many times she has nutrition in there. sHe can literally put that in. So she has it in there three times and that's what made her profile, beat everybody else's out.
And then obviously the other words, the key words that she used are moms. And then she also is at four that sorta counts, but nutrition and moms are obviously the key words. So that's something you guys definitely need to Raj watch for when you're building up your profiles is the fact that they're now showing up on, on Google. So you definitely want to make sure that's happening.
Another thing is this Pinterest one, I looked up idea, pin stats. So idea pin metrics. I mean, that's what I put in. It's the very first word that it said. So when you are creating a post on Instagram, your very first word needs that be that keyword. All right. And then obviously all of the other words in their profile, like a pin or all a bit. So Pinterest creators idea, pin again, pen again, Pinterest.
This is all up in there. And that is what Google is grabbing. And there are so many people who are also seeing it for them, which also helps this push up to the very, very top, which is the third one down that is being talked about. So, because Instagram is now keyworded, you have to now use keywords inside of your Instagram and make sure because now people can search for you on Google and come to your Instagram. And that is why Instagram is your expert platform. While your website is your main platform.
I hope you guys are understanding all this, how it's all coming together. So when I'm talking about the keywords, these are the words that you want to be known for in your industry, in your market. So you have to make sure in the way that I tell you about your keywords is if you go to your workbook, everything that is under your framework are your keywords. That's what you're pulling from.
So make sure you're going back to that, to that workbook, and then using your framework to create the the keywords around your Instagram profile around your website, because that's how people are going to easily find you because now all of these websites are hitting Google.
Once they hit it, like right now, I'm telling you if you can get all of these keywords inside of your profile before other people start figuring out that Instagram is now on Google, you're going to beat our a lot of people to be able to get extra traffic to your profile.
When you're thinking about your posts include your keywords in the very beginning, include your keyword all throughout the post, and include your keyword in the hashtags. And that is how your, you posted are going to show up on GOOGLE. You're doing the same thing with your Pinterest pins. You're doing the same thing with everything on your website.
